A chamada esteve aberta a pesquisadores responsáveis por Auxílio à Pesquisa – Regular, Auxílio à Pesquisa – Projeto Temático, Apoio a Jovens Pesquisadores ou Centros de Pesquisa Inovação ou Difusão (Cepid), que apresentaram projetos para a realização de programas de intercâmbio de pesquisadores entre São Paulo e o KCL.
